Exchange Policy (Greece Only)
You may exchange products within 14 days of receiving them, using the same courier service (ELTA Courier) that delivered your order. Exchanges will only be processed after you have contacted us by phone at 6931152096.
For an exchange to be approved, products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
Footwear must be tried on a clean, smooth surface. If a product shows signs of wear or damage, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek compensation.Exchange Fees: €5.00
• First exchange: €5.00
• Second exchange or more: €5.00 per exchange
• If a product is returned without prior notice, an additional fee of €7.00 will apply.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and accessories cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, fill out the exchange form included in your parcel. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the new product of your choice. You also have the right to return products within 14 days if:
- You received a different item than what you ordered, or
- The product is defective, as discovered upon opening the package.
- Please inform us immediately if you encounter any of these issues.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must contact us within 2 hours of completing the order at 6931152096.
If payment has already been made, the order value will be credited to your account for future purchases.
Important Terms
- Sizing: Our company provides general fit guidance for each shoe style (e.g., "normal fit," "narrow fit"), but we are not responsible for the fit of shoes.
- Price Variations: Prices may differ between our physical stores and online shop. If you reserve an item online but pick it up from a physical store, the store's prices and conditions will apply.
- If you pay online via card or PayPal but collect the product in-store, please contact us at 6931152096 to confirm your order.
- If prices differ, any necessary adjustments will be made according to the method of payment used.
- If you choose a lower-priced item in-store than originally ordered online, you must select another product of equal or greater value based on the store's pricing. This also applies if the price difference is due to in-store pricing rather than the product itself.
