Exchange Policy (Greece Only)<\/h3>\n

You may exchange products within 14 days of receiving them, using the same courier service (ELTA Courier) that delivered your order. Exchanges will only be processed after you have contacted us by phone at 6931152096.
\nFor an exchange to be approved, products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
\nFootwear must be tried on a clean, smooth surface. If a product shows signs of wear or damage, the company reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek compensation.Exchange Fees: \u20ac5.00
\n\u2022\tFirst exchange: \u20ac5.00\n\u2022\tSecond exchange or more: \u20ac5.00 per exchange\n\u2022\tIf a product is returned without prior notice, an additional fee of \u20ac7.00 will apply.<\/p>\n

Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and accessories cannot be exchanged.<\/p>\n

Exchange Process<\/h3>\n

To request an exchange, fill out the exchange form included in your parcel. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the new product of your choice.\nYou also have the right to return products within 14 days if:<\/p>\n

  • You received a different item than what you ordered, or<\/li>\n
  • The product is defective, as discovered upon opening the package.<\/li>\n
  • Please inform us immediately if you encounter any of these issues.
    \nIn these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Order Cancellation<\/h3>\n

    If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, you must contact us within 2 hours of completing the order at 6931152096.
    \nIf payment has already been made, the order value will be credited to your account for future purchases.<\/p>\n

    • If prices differ, any necessary adjustments will be made according to the method of payment used.<\/li>\n
    • If you choose a lower-priced item in-store than originally ordered online, you must select another product of equal or greater value based on the store's pricing.
